With respect to images you upload to the Services, you represent and warrant that you own all right, title, and interest in and to such images, including without limitation, all copyrights and rights of publicity contained therein. You are responsible for the Content, including ensuring any Content Sharing does not violate any applicable law, intellectual property right of any third party, or these Terms. All users are permitted to share images without the need for attribution to Coated, provided that they comply with any other applicable terms or restrictions. Please be aware that using shared images for commercial purposes may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.

3. Termination

Coated reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Coated disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5. Limitation of Liability

• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent; or
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense any aspect of your account or access to the Services to any third party without Coated's prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coated, its affiliates, directors, employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
